My most vivid Childhood memory

I was three years old I was beginning my first year of Pre-school at St.Augustine Catholic school in the lower part of the Hudson River. All I can remember was my brother came with me and as I was walking in the building he pushed me down and ruined my first day of Pre-School.

I think that his story was definitely more about death because he said not how he survived but rather how he said "people were burned here and the flames reached to the sky"

The significance of the book was that he survived to live as an example of how terrible  I think that ends it so abruptly because after the camps there was not much to tell.

Wiesel's message was that he is thankful and blessed that he survived and that he thought it was insane that people of the 20th century would do something so terrible. Over all he was saying that history and peoples lives were lost during the holocaust and he was lucky to get out alive.

A connection is that in the book and the speech he was saying that his family was saved and others weren't.

What I think that he means is that in the night he is allowed to think and not have to worry about the stress that life produces. He is removed from society and is allowed to be free.
